THE COLLECTIVE
Multitudes is intentionally collaborative.
Depending on the nature of a project, I work alongside a trusted network of facilitators, coaches, practitioners and experts whose perspectives and expertise enrich the experience we create.
We come together around a shared belief in the power of trust, dialogue, curiosity and collective intelligence — while bringing different disciplines, experiences and ways of seeing.

Loes Fokker
Clinical health psychologist · Systems family therapist · Certified YPO Forum Facilitator · Co-founder, The Argonauts · Amsterdam
Loes Fokker is a clinical health psychologist and systems family therapist with twenty-five years of practice, and a Certified YPO Forum Facilitator. From Amsterdam she has carried that work into executive teams, families, and international C-suites on three continents.
Her interest is the inner working of leaders: how a person makes sense of the world, and what happens when that way of making sense no longer fits the life they have built. In academic terms, adult development. In practice, the work beneath the work.
Her method is one arc in four passages — depth, trust, transformation, belonging — adapted to forums, to leadership teams, and to journeys. Change the conversations a group is having, and you change its operating system.
Together, Yasmine and Loes collaborate around Trust Circles, creating trusted spaces where meaningful conversations can unlock collective wisdom and support sustainable transformation & growth.

Colin Sanctuary
Entrepreneur · Board Leader · YPO Member · Certified YPO Forum Facilitator · Founder & former CEO · PhD Biomedical Engineering, EPFL · Switzerland
Colin Sanctuary is an entrepreneur, board leader and Certified YPO Forum Facilitator with more than twenty years of experience building, leading and transforming companies. A YPO member himself, he brings to Forum the lived experience of entrepreneurship — the ambition, pressure, relationships, transitions and questions of identity that often accompany success.
His interest is in what happens when leaders step out of execution mode and create enough space to look beneath the surface: at themselves, their relationships, their families and the life they are building. His facilitation combines structure with curiosity, vulnerability and depth, creating an environment where trust allows conversations to go somewhere they normally do not.
For Colin, the most powerful retreats are not about providing answers. They create the conditions for people to discover what matters, connect more deeply and return to their lives with greater clarity and intention.
